Company, against the Industrial Commission and the employee, Orin Brasted, to review an interlocutory order of the commission
awarding the employee workmen's compensation benefits for temporary total disability, ordering the payment of certain hospital
and medical bills, and reserving jurisdiction to "issue such further orders as may be warranted." Brasted was employed by the employers as a maintenance man and building manager of an apartment building in the city of Milwaukee.
He is a very obese diabetic in poor physical condition, who was sixty-one years old at time of his alleged accident.
